When you buy or sell with me (any home value) I’m always open to negotiation on the commission. Yes you read that right. Why? Maybe you just want a competitive commission that puts more in your pocket or maybe you are in a tight financial situation, either way give me a call and we can discuss.

Meet Alena Motso
Hi, my name is Alena Motso. I graduated from the University of Washington in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Leadership. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent I worked in various customer focused positions where I quickly learned that I simply love working with people and that is why I made the move to Real Estate. I wanted to work closer with people and wanted to help people with possibly the biggest and most important transaction of their life. However, I do not want to give my clients the " typical real estate experience." I did not want to be that agent that pushes homes on people just so I can get my paycheck. I wanted people to feel confident in their purchase, to help my clients (aka FAMILY).
